Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process of initial investment opportunity to deal signing
• Develop investment pipeline, assess investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment memos
• Execute investments and manage portfolio, supported by legal and technical units in the Company
• Create and refine valuation models for acquisitions and new business initiatives
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation
• Structure and provide advice in deals negotiations and associated documentation
• Conduct site visits and travel to project locations whenever needed

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or relevant fields
• 4 to 6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, project finance, funds, venture capital, etc with at least 2 years of direct experience in retail industry (mainly FMCG or Health & Beauty)
• Experience in investment negotiation and legal documentation
• Demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking capability
• Demonstrable commercial skills and good business sense so as to be able to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment
• Ability to work independently and manage expectations
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Able to use English and Indonesian as business language
