Responsibilities

What will you do as an HROP-LCO intern:

• Work in various areas of HR to support the administration and system updates;
• Assisting HR operations activities, such as on-offboarding, document verification, etc.
• Can learn and understand the company HR policies and provide support and answer employees' queries;
• Can understand and improve skills in data management for various internal systems to achieve data integrity;
• Improve employee experience by helping organize activities;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate, fresh graduate, or experience working in HR Operations with a background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Law, Data System Information, Communications, or business-related degree.
• Available for at least a 6-month full-time internship.
• Eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs, canva design, and data spreadsheets.
• Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
• Good communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Can join immediately.
