Growth Specialist (Bandung)
Job Desc :
- Driving various initiatives (experiments, campaigns, product improvements) to improve and optimize user lifecycle performance metrics (New, Returning, and Reactive Users)
- Align initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Execute experiments via growth tools or propose product features to be experimented
- Report & communicate the results of every campaign with insights & improvement plans
- Effectively lead & manage the team to ensure that all initiatives are executed timely & correctly
- A Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Growth/CRM/Product Management
- Passionate about growth marketing in an e-Commerce environment
- Experienced in Marketing Campaign, Project Management, and Basic Data Analytics
- Highly initiative and creative-minded
- Strong ability to use and analyze data to inform decisions.
- Strong collaboration & communication skills to work effectively with internal teams across various functions, levels, and backgrounds.
- Eager to learn, coachable, and willing to accept new challenges in a dynamic working environment
