Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Growth Team to plan and execute projects & initiatives in structured manner
• Bridge the strategic direction and breaking it down to executionary level of details
• Responsible for Growth Team members development (conducting 1on1, coaching, escalating issues/concerns/feedback)
• Report to Associate Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Growth for the progress, results, including escalating any issues and/or roadblocks in the implementation process
• Responsible to manage merchant activations and to ensure the churn rate within the agreed target
• Able to perform and deliver growth insights for the organization based on data

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in management, communication, business or other related major
• Min. 4 years experience in growth function including marketing data analytics, merchant activation and resurrection, campaign management, promotion AB testing, etc
• Sharp business acumen specifically in merchant journey, acquisition, voucher growth, traffic management, performance marketing.
• Strong communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
• Experience in using marketing analytical tools will be a plus point
