Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the company's governance, risk and compliance requirements.
• Define and maintain the company standard practice for governance, risk and compliance requirements while ensuring its relevancies through policy lifecycle management process analysis
• Keep abreast towards the current and emerging regulatory and compliance practices and requirements by assessing its potential impact to the company while creating the right mitigation and action plan
• Perform periodic audit cycle as a part of internal control ensuring the integrity, quality, clarity and relevance of all the available documentation
• Detection of potential non-compliance practices through the right prevention management strategy
• Remediation of non-compliance findings through collaboration with related parties
• Analyze, create and deploy internal compliance training program needs to ensure employee awareness and understanding on company policy
• Collaborate with various functions to analyze their current practices to create company policy while advising functions on potential risk and best practices.
  

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading GRC function
• Broad knowledge of common standards, frameworks and regulatory requirements towards various standardization practices
• Experience working in a start-up environment managing various nuances of challenges in building up standards and practices from scratch
• Have hands-on experience in conducting end to end risk assessments and internal audits process
• Excellent experience in document management, technical illustrations and sequence data flow diagram
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
