Job Description

• Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking
• Liaise with all stakeholders regarding man power planning, recruitment and or replacement
• Manage end to end recruitment process for field sales team
• Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, job fair) to drive candidate identification and attraction
  

Requirement

• Possess strong interest and knowledge about personality traits, Bachelor of Psychology is preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter, Headhunter or Sales Recruiter (preferable), coming from startup industry is a plus
• Fast working pace and highly proactive are essential to survive our working environment
