Responsibilities
- Time and daily management (organizing and maintaining diaries), scheduling of meetings, making appointments, correspondences
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative assistance to BOD such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Plan, organize, arrange, coordinate in all aspects for on and off-site company meetings and events
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned including managing office events, personal assistance for BOD, etc
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree of secretary, administration, communication or other relevant studies, from reputable university/college.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in a consultant or high growth startup
- Very strong interpersonal skill, communication and writing skills; ability to interact with staff and Board at all levels and build relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in English
