Job Description

• Be responsible for the engineering team’s design, development, quality, and delivery initiatives in a specific squad/tribe.
• Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks effectively that ensure engineering projects are delivered with excellent quality and on time.
• Delegate activities while guiding the team members to be on the right track in running technical projects.
• Prepare reports on project updates or general performance metrics for cross-departmental presentations.
• Nurture collaborative and innovative culture across functions and solve business problems with a variety of technological solutions.
• Proactively lead stakeholders' communication related to deliverables and risks across departments.
• Ensure team members are continuously aligned and engaged with the company’s or team’s vision.
• Mentor the team and grow them to the next level of technical expertise and inspire a culture of ownership, accountability and focus on data-driven, continuous improvement, and blameless retrospectives.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or an Engineering Manager with proven evidence of leadership and technical role model for the engineering
• Experience in using various technologies for Backends such as NodeJs, NestJs, Typescript, Golang, Python, or Java
• Understanding of various technologies for Frontends such as ReactJs, AngularJs, VueJs, HTML, and CSS
• Successful track record in managing, leading and scaling a full-stack engineering team of 5-10 software engineers
