Job Description:  

• Become SME (Subject Matter Expert) in terms of Data & Analytics within Business Unit/Cluster
• Understand and Analyze Transactional (Consumption Related), Behavioral (Event Tracking), and Demographic data
• Explore Various Datasets to Generate Insights, Conclusions, and Recommendations
• Produce Rich, Insightful, Meaningful, and Beautiful Dashboards for
• Monitoring, Reporting that Automates Insight Generation
• Collaborate and synergize with other data functions such as Data Engineering, Business Intelligent, and Data Scientist teams
• Strategic Partner for Product (Feature, Functionality), Marketing (Campaign, Initiatives), and also Technology (Implementation)
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by proactively sharing insights and asking questions to kick-start conversations Job Requirements: 
• Bachelors Degree2. 2+ years of Data analytics experience is a plus
• Set standardization of analytical framework and reports within the team
• Able to communicate with business stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
• Expert in SQL
• Practical experience with automation of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Amplitude, Domo, Google Data Studio)
• Practical knowledge of ETL tools and Data Warehouse (e.g. Airflow, BigQuery)
• Practical knowledge of programing languages (e.g. Python, Shell) and Python/R for statistical analysis
• Intermediate statistics modeling utilization
• Create a statistical summary and inference (hypothesis testing: t-test, ANOVA, etc)
