Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Development and design of compensation packages for whole company (Both HQ and Operational) and ensuring the policies aligned with the organization's strategy (Leave, Office Hour, THR, etc)
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks and manpower budget for company
  • Apply effective communication strategies
  • Keep abreast with the new trends and best practices in the filed
  • Ensure that compensation and company regulation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Having experience to manage industrial relation
  • Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization
  • Act as the Owner of our HR System (Talenta) Liaise with Legal Team to handle VISA and Expat
  • Managing the employee agreement including all related documents and controlling employee contract
  • Leading Compensation and Benefit team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Lead for > 2 years
  • Having experience leading a team of min. 3 people
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Good understanding of the full-cycle hiring process
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
