- Development and design of compensation packages for whole company (Both HQ and Operational) and ensuring the policies aligned with the organization's strategy (Leave, Office Hour, THR, etc)
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks and manpower budget for company
- Apply effective communication strategies
- Keep abreast with the new trends and best practices in the filed
- Ensure that compensation and company regulation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Having experience to manage industrial relation
- Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization
- Act as the Owner of our HR System (Talenta) Liaise with Legal Team to handle VISA and Expat
- Managing the employee agreement including all related documents and controlling employee contract
- Leading Compensation and Benefit team
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Lead for > 2 years
- Having experience leading a team of min. 3 people
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
- Good understanding of the full-cycle hiring process
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
- Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
