Job Description :

• Grow Sayurbox Business to Business (B2B) Channel
• Submit and enter all PO, to system and make a reservation to Purchasing to fulfill product
• Collect and make sure all PLB and administration GR completed to submit an invoice to finance
• Establish and keep close relationships with internal and customer and/or partners' operation
• Intermediary between commercial team and operation team
• Work closely with team key account/sales and responsibility together for all products that have been delivered, and received by the customer including complaint handling
• Discover the potential improvement in end-to-end customer journey of each our partners from sourcing to the last mile
• Offline order and packing list creation
• Maintaining Web and Partners Platform

Requirements:

• Having min 1 year of experience as admin support or admin entry
• Able to work using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word, etc)
• Able to speak in English
• Attention to detail
• Job location in South Jakarta (willing to work with shift system)
