• Able to present solutions to leads
• Able to understand technical difficulties and discuss troubleshooting
• Understand workflows and identify solutions
• Involved in cloud solutions is a plus

• Fresh graduates
• Bachelor (S1) in marketing, business, computer science, information technology, or engineering
• Ability to understand business process
• Ready to learn big time
