Responsibilities:

• Managing B2B Horeca Customer
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Operating as the lead point of contact for end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to the last mile
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Achieving monthly sales KPIs by identifying and developing new and existing customers by up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
• Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales effectiveness

Requirements:

• Have 1-2 years experience in Retail Business (Supermarket/Fabric/Chain/Big Restaurant)
• Have own transport to visit retail stores
• Having good communications skills is needed
• Having leadership experience and good in project management
• Having Horeca leads is a plus
• Data Driven and having good knowledge in excel
